Rovita GmbH located in Engelsberg / Wiesmühl in Bavaria, Germany, combines tradition with innovation. Since 1956, we have been dealing with the use of milk protein and milk-based ingredients used for stabilisation and flavour optimisation of food products. The emphasis today is on the development, production and marketing of high-quality, functional stabilisers for the meat-processing industry.
